Article XIII


DISCIPLINE, EXPULSION AND WITHDRAWAL


SECTION 1.
A member of any class may be expelled or an Honorary or Lifetime membership revoked only by a meeting of the Executive Council and majority vote.


SECTION 2.
A member of any class who resigns from the Society shall do so in writing to the Executive Council, but no monetary refund shall be made.


SECTION 3.
Charges against officers and officials of malfeasance or nonfeasance in office, or against a member of any class for unauthorized disclosure of classified material or for activities inimical to the good name of the Society, may be charged by any member in good standing by submission in writing to the Executive Council, which may before honoring it require substantiation by one or more members of the Society.
