Article II

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP


SECTION 1.
The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond of association, interest or scientific knowledge: Interest or technical skill in reaction propulsion and missiles, or interest in an undertaking necessary to the conduct of activities therein.

SECTION 2.
Each application for membership must be completed on the official membership application and submitted per the application guidelines.

SECTION 3.
An applicant shall not be admitted to membership except by the affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the Executive Council, and shall not become an Associate or Administrative member, or entitled to any of the rights or privileges of such a class of membership, until they have qualified by paying the established dues for the class of membership for which they shall have applied.

SECTION 4.
Subject to such conditions of membership contained in this Constitution, a member who leaves the membership or whose residence or activities preclude their taking an active part in the activities of the Society is eligible to retain an Associate membership.
